Just a simple and quick concept painting of my graphic novel. I think I will keep this style of painting for the backgrounds.
Could you imagine how old this tree is or what created it? ;3 I still need to learn to work with depth and light and abstract my imagination even better. I didn't use any reference for this painting.
- 1440 x 900, 300 dpi - Photoshop - 2 hours I also used some of 's brushes. They are simply too awesome. ^^
you really do create some stunning scenery ;^; and the way you present it seems to make it look even more elegant then it should be allowed to! D8 -compliment said in a weird way- it just looks beautiful <3
i think the upper one looks nicer though >.> the colours just seem to flow better D8 <333
Wow, that's beautiful! Even if it's a simple quick painting, as you said. It really makes me wanna paint green trees and such now. The tree at the left is my favorite. All these leaves look great. And these birds there really stress the size of that huge tree behind them.
This whole style surely will make a fantastic background for your story. Ahhh, I can't wait to see the first pages of your graphic novel!
Amazing for only 2 hours I must say. The brushwork's fantastic. I don't really know which one I'd pick either, I like both versions with cool and warm tones.
