I like the golden highlighting on his head and neck, but it looks strangely absent from the rest of him. I'd like to see more of it on at least his front legs.
What's the blue on his face and back legs? Is it markings or shadows? I'd like to see more blue shadows on the dragon to match those of the rock, to keep the blue foreground and orange background theme going.

As I said on MSN, the mountains are very impressive in that they're crisp and beautiful without distracting from the foreground. I agree with what =danji-isthmus said about adding some more orange to them -- the zone of orange clouds on the centre left keeps drawing my eye, and it wouldn't do that so much if the orange was a more common theme to the background.
I like the spiral composition the clouds have, which draws your eyes around the picture.

I love all the details you put into this one - the face especially. Then there's the gorgeous veins and translucent quality of the wings. Oh and the anatomy looks lovely as well.

Now that is one completely epic scene and the detail of this is very impressive! Remarkable design and a fantastic setting and atmosphere to go with this great dragon! Definitely one gorgeous piece of art! Superb work!
