Here it is! Finally... The last bit killed me. The picture turned out exactly as I wanted it to just that the scanner ate some of the finer details of the fur (again). There is actually no other scanner I found which I can trust but mine. But I'm glad the it didn't eat all the details and that the scan turned out quite well.
I always planned to draw a picture about the little girl and the Plant Spirit. Both have a very inner and special relationship to each other since the Spirit doesn't trust humans. This picture slept in my head for a long time and I finally wanted to realize it, including all the details and the surrounding vines everywhere. The child is covered with the plants, almost dressed up with them. Both are supposed to look quite distrustful and a tiny bit wild yet misterious.
I changed the girl's hair as it looks more natural than the typical children's hair cut she had before. She comes from the city but is supposed to look natural.
This is a good beginning to show what relationship the Plant Spirit has to the girl since she is very special. And I started thinking about a name for the Plant Spirit and the girl. So, more is yet to come.
The color of the graphite looks so pretty the way you shaded it. It's all blueish-gray, that's my second favorite color. And the girl looks like a doll! And and- I hope I have more time to comment your other wonderous pictures you uploaded!
Wow. I can only imagine how much your hand hurts right about now. Seriously, though, the detail is just stunning. Looks like a snake-pit. I really like their eyes.
You are so patient.
