Myre, the fox lady that has been in my mind for god knows how long. I have been drawing fox-women with pure red hair for such a long time and never believed that I will create an actual character out of my throught and subconscious scribbling.
This was my first attempt to paint armor that looks used and worn. The rusty bits, scratches and dents were the most fun part to do about it. I spent most of the time working on the plating and correcting mistakes that have been sneaked in with the sketch: [link] Painting metal can be so much fun as you can play around with tiny details, rust, different colours and shapes yet there are restrictions about light and shadows which makes the process of painting a lot more a challenge when you're used to paint plants and leaves. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
