:::EDIT:::
This is the high resolution scan of this picture. It has been scanned professionally using a massive scanning device that respects daylight and the natural colours. What you see is like the original painting. All structures and details are now finally visible for you. Thanks a lot for looking! <3

"Die Allegorie dor Fichse" - another picture which is based on contradiction which is a tiny bit metaphorical.

The size of the picture and the colour usage was more or less an exhaust of my accumulated energy and inspiration. The idea for the actual picture came after painting the entire background.

When painting the background, something amazing happened to the paper and the colours. Whilst the two different sides of the background are wanted, I didn't expect the colours to float together into the middle and become one thing.
The most fascinating thing for me are the salt crystals that built up after putting on ordinary sea salt. The consitency of thge salt itself was more fine than coarse and left a powdery crystalized layer on the skin when held too long.
That stuff ate quite a lot of my skin around my nails after getting in contact with water.

After the background has dried, I wanted to wipe off the salt with my hands which didn't work at all because the salt crystals got stuck with the acrylic ink and watercolours. Whilst it was drying, a crystal layer built up and made the entire background all glittery and rough.

A good thing I didn't put so much salt on the areas where the characters were added later. xD
The idea for the actual picture came whilst sitting in front of the paper and staring at the background.
Actually, I planned a different motif but it would have been impossible or unfitting.

If I would start interpreting this picture now, I would possibly write too much and people would have to read the whole bunch of my feelings towards it.

As a short version, I would say that it could be seen as an illustration of the manifoldness and contrariness of either our feelings and our world and that everything can lead together to create something new.

The picture itself is 94 x 47 cm large. The framed picture is about 110 x 61 cm large and can be seen here: [link]
It was exhibited at the artshow at MMC12 and it took an entire panel. xD
This will be taken to the Eurofurence this year as well. ^^

Acrylic inks, Watercolours, coloured pencils, Acrylics and much more on slightly perforated/fine-toothed Cornwall watercolour paper.

Maybe there will be jumbo prints available soon.
I have taken this picture with a very improfessional compact digital camera which has less features than my current mobile phone. @_____@

Thanks so much for looking! ^^

I wish they would make a game called Professor Layton and the Curious Case of Benjamin Button so I could finally find out why they decided to make that movie so long and boring.

Wow, the flow of it is astounding. So unique! It just captures emotion so well. Almost a serene feeling to it. Nice subtle imagery, too!

Sweet Inari! O_O
I think I am in love with this picture...
It has so much power and so many meanings in it... The faces of Mather and Father are so serious and intense... It looks like creation of life. You catched something so deep in the paper and colors, I can't even begin to describe what it wakes in my subconsciousness...
Simply georgeous. This is something I would like to have on the wall facing the main entrance into my house. One of the reasons is that I am from Fux family (came from Fuchs) and foxes mean very much for me.
I am sad that I can't possibly tell you by words how good this work of yours really is... just... wow, it's almost sacred...

Oh, and I totaly adore the small foxes, especially those two right under the Mother.

Til du som henger i enden av pendelen
Ta større fart og sving innom Himmelen
Og er ikkje Himmelen stort nok kick for deg
ikkje sei eg har sagt dette
Sleng en femmer i karusellen frå Helvete
