ill ._____.

Mon Dec 21, 2009, 12:25 AM

I seem to not cope with the coldness anymore that's probably why my throat hurts a lot. I don't feel too ill anymore like yesterday and as long as my nose stays unblocked I can happily go on eating through Christmas. xD
Isn't it ironic?
I passed all the virus influences that were around me for the past severl weeks. Almost everyone was ill, coughed into my face and sneezed all the time but I got nothing out of it, not even a snotty nose.
But when I go out into the cold, my body shuts down.

That's... stupid! DX
Oh I absolutely can't wait for the warm days.

Anyway, I'm going to see my mum tomorrow. I haven't seen her in years and I owe her a Christmas with me because two years ago in December when time was little and I moved to England, she stood next to the car and cried. So I absolutey spend Christmas with her and no internet.

I will work on commissions though. I just can't upload them for a little while. It could be that they will be done when I get back. Digital pictures shouldn't be a problem either.
Gosh I'm so addicted in drawing.

Anyways, thank you so much for all the lovely comments and recognition on my last recent drawings! :blowkiss:

Prune

Sat Dec 19, 2009, 7:00 AM

This is a little naughty Christmas-ish story about an old woman called Ludwiga, who used to live next to the house of my best friend's parents in the countryside.
Before she went, they shared the house, having half of it for each. My friend's parents are self-supporters and grow their own food and slaughter their own animals. Their house is one of the most beautiful ones I have seen so far. It's very warm and cosy and especially spending Christmas in such a warm, partially with clay built house, is absolutely a wonderful experience.

Anyway, they had an stove bench, which was built of stone. Behind it stood the kitchen stove where they used to cook with. Everytime the oven was on, we curled up on that massive warm stone bench and drank tea and aet self baked bread.

Ludwiga, the old woman, liked to visit her neighbour family without knocking and telling them the most disgusting and naughties stories and jokes. She was someone quite rare and I could believe that her life style must have been quite turbulent.

One day when the family gathered at the living room, she came in, sat on the stove bench and said:

"Now we will get prunes!"

I just want to mention that the word plum is an equivalent to vagina and when you bake plums, it equals prunes. So there you go. :XD:

For the german watchers, here the original sentence:

"So, jetz gibt Backpflaum!"

Facial Expressions Charactersheets!

Wed Dec 16, 2009, 4:24 AM

This is a little Charactersheet Commission follow up! I received a bunch of emails and notes regarding those and had to comfort sad faces that couldn't grab a slot. Now I have something smaller yet it might express your character a little further than poses:

I'm ready to draw your characters with diverse facial expressions!
Get emotional and bring life in your character's description and personality through me.
See what your characters looks like when they are euphoric, sad, thoughtful and much more! If you love to have your characters hanging on your wall looking different in many ways, here is my offer:

You will get:

5 detailed bust drawings of your character.
The drawings will be drawn on high quality sketch paper and the drawing on high quality watercolour paper. Each drawing will be on A5 sized paper.
I will put all the drawings together into one sheet in Photoshop so it will be like a character sheet.
The originals will be sent to you if you pay the postage fee.

The five drawings are for 75€ (Euros) plus shipping.
If you're interested, simply send me a note with the title "Facial-Sheet Commission" to me.

:bulletred:IMPORTANT: For the ones seeking a Christmas present, I'm able to take three slots which can be done up to the Christmas time yet I won't be able to send the originals to you in time.

:bulletred: What is also important, please give me your ideas what facial expressions you are desiring to see in your character. It's your dearest personal character and you know best about your character's emotions. It's very difficult for me making up expressions. To get the best results and really what you wish for, please note that down. It's quite important for me. Thank you.

:bulletred:NOTE: You will get five detailed bust drawings of your character!

YAY for faces! :iconweekenddanceplz:

Thanks a lot for your support! :blowkiss:

Thank you so much for all your support and interest in those charactersheets. Drawing your very personal characters got me a chance to et to know you few and practice a lot with poses and anatomy.
Also thanks a lot for your encouraging words and the wonderful feedback! I will definately reply to most of your comments soon. :)

URBAN!

Mon Dec 14, 2009, 4:44 AM

Is a word that I use everytime I feel like using it. When seeing me in real life, you can answer it by making a weird noise. When yelling URBAN!, I or another one has to reply by making a weird noise, too. Two URBAN! are invalid. It destroys the concept of this silly communication fun. Use it wisely, maybe you will get a reply by someone.

Now I need to count how many people say "WTF!" - note: you won't get an answer to this type of noise. ;)

Not in the mood

Tue Dec 8, 2009, 11:43 PM

I probably can't believe myself saying this... but I'm not in the mood to work on pictures nor have I got the muse and inspiration to start something new and I later find myself discarding what I have started. Whenever I think I could achieve something great by listening to myself and trying to come up with ideas and concepts, time will slap me and disagree.

Time is running terribly when working on pictures, doesn't it? o.o
Hopefully I can put my head up and go on with what I came up lately.

Oh, and Christmas is stressing me out. I have never understood why people feel stressed about Christmas until now. Floods of people are crowding the shopping malls as if it was the last time in their lives when thy can go shopping. I can't wait until this consume terror has taken an end because I would love to walk along the street without being pushed aside by hurrying mothers with their crying children and people full of shopping bags. @____@
Never o shopping on Friday evenings and Saturdays. That's deadly.
