Description

FINALLY! After a few difficulties with colour decisions, I could make it to the end!
I probably had over a 50 layers, which helped me not to freak out with my decision swaps going on ALL THE TIME!
First I wanted to have a daytime set, then nigttime and so on and so on until I grabbed the gradient tool and a few randomly mixed colours and came to the final idea that fits to this creature.

I'm planning to do more pictures with this Acer Gryph. I'm also thinking of doing a description sheet for it.

I'm really pleased with the result. My small finger isn't... it's twisted.
For the ones who don't know what the thing on its neck is, it's a pouch. There are a few birds in real life, which have that too. It's mainly used to impress mates.
And that's what the Acer Gryph takes advantage from as well.

Acer Gryphon is mine! Muahahaha!

***Wow, I woke up this morning and stumbled o the bathroom totally tired, rubbed my sleepy eyes and couldn't believe what I looked like as all of a sudden my partner flies down the stairs and crashes against the bathroom door and screams: "YOU GOT A DD! LALALALALA!!!"

Thank you sooooo much for that!! I can't believe how happy I feel now. *hugs everyone*
Lots of kisses to you!

Whee! :XD:

***UPDATE AUGUST 21st***

This picture made it into Ballistic Publishing's Exotique 4! :boogie:

Still a year young to Deviantart, skimming through the DD Catalogue from the beginning.

Seeing your contemporary work, stunned to see this seems to only have been viewed once today and last commented on over five years ago.
It seems almost comparable to Giger's "atomic" inks becoming forgotten by his fiercest fans.
